The client experience is mostly related to the market at large or the general market in place. User experience differs with the customer experience in that it s made to focus on a particular area on the market. The user experience is known to be applied in the technical field. In most cases the client’s experience is associated with the service industry in almost all aspects. This is because they require these fields where they would implement various ideas in the market or a firm.
